General Policy
Cancellation Policy
This policy defines how to handle cancellations
- If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
- If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy
This policy defines the possibility of accommodating children and the availability of extra beds.
- All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
- All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5 per night per person for cots.
- All children from 6 to 18 years are charged EUR 10 per night per person for extra beds.
- All older children or adults are charged EUR 20 per night per person when using existing bedding.
- Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
- Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Policy
- No deposit will be charged.
- Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).
- Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
